Refund policy

At The Sunday Avenue, your satisfaction matters to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request by following the steps outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Requests received after this period will not typically be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must all be met: the item must be unused and in its original condition, it must be returned in its original packaging, all accessories, components and included extras must be present, and you must provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of prior use, damage not related to transit, missing components, or is otherwise not in a resaleable condition.

3. Return Postage Costs

Unless the return is the result of a confirmed defect or damage upon arrival, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees or administrative charges associated with the returns process.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return: verify that your item meets the eligibility criteria above, send an email to support@thesundayavenue.com to request a return form, fill in the form and include it inside your parcel (or write the required information by hand if printing is not possible), then send the package to the address provided in our return instructions.

When getting in touch, please let us know your preferred resolution: a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

5. Inspection and Processing

Upon receipt of your return, we will carry out an inspection to verify that it satisfies our returns criteria.

If the return is approved, The Sunday Avenue will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
  • Apply store credit to your account if that was your preference.

Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing, in addition to any processing time required by your bank or payment provider.

Returns that do not meet our eligibility conditions or fall outside the return window may be declined.

6. Items Arriving Damaged or Defective

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective state, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

The item must not have been used, modified or interfered with in any way.

Following our review, The Sunday Avenue may offer: a replacement, a full refund, or store credit.

Where applicable, we may arrange for return postage to be covered and provide a prepaid returns label.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been reviewed and approved: the refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the transaction.

9. Additional Information

Please note: parcels returned cash on delivery (COD) will be refused, and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
