All purchases made on The Sunday Avenue website are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply exclusively to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

3. Placing an Order

Completing and confirming a purchase on our website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order where we identify signs of payment irregularity, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unclear delivery information.

4. Product Descriptions

We take care to present our products accurately and in good faith.

Slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur depending on your screen calibration, the conditions under which product photographs were taken, or standard production tolerances. These variations are not considered defects and do not automatically entitle you to a return or refund.

5. Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of checkout completion.

6. Payment

Your order is only confirmed once payment authorisation has been received and validated by our payment system.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is free of charge with no minimum order value required.

Preparation of your order typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Transit time is generally 5 to 8 business days. Overall, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 7 to 11 business days from the date of your order.

Depending on stock and logistics, your order may be fulfilled across multiple shipments.

8. Parcel Showing as Delivered

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, we ask that you first check with neighbours, building reception, or any nearby safe drop-off locations, and contact the carrier directly with your tracking reference.

Should the carrier confirm your parcel is lost and your delivery address was entered correctly, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund upon your request.

If the delivery failure was caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Any claim relating to a missing parcel must be submitted within 45 days of the order date. After this period, the delivery will be considered complete.

9. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Unclaimed Parcels

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Items returned must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are at your expense.

If a parcel is unclaimed or refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the order total to cover handling and logistics costs incurred.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 days, typically to the original payment method.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning as expected, please contact us promptly and include photo or video evidence of the issue.

Following our review, we may arrange a repair, send a replacement, or issue a refund where other solutions are not feasible.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper use, accidents, incorrect assembly, tampering, or normal wear over time.

All products sold through The Sunday Avenue benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable under UK consumer protection law.

Where a product does not conform to its description or expected quality, we will first seek to repair or replace it. A refund will be considered if repair and replacement are both unreasonable or not viable.
