Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this cut-off are processed and sent out on the following business day.
Preparation and dispatch take between 2 and 3 business days as a general rule, not counting weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A second notification containing your tracking reference will be sent as soon as your parcel has been collected from our warehouse.
